Irinotecan HCl is an antitumor compound used in chemotherapy and antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) development. It is listed in the ADC Payload section of the ADC Linkers catalog. Its active metabolite, SN38, inhibits DNA topoisomerase I, interrupting DNA synthesis and causing single-strand DNA breaks.
