Description

SGC-CBP30 is a CBP/p300 bromodomain (BRD) inhibitor with Kd values of 21 and 32 nM for the CBP and p300 BRDs, respectively. It exhibits 40-fold selectivity for CBP over BRD4(1) and 250-fold selectivity over BRD4(2). In cells, it accelerates FRAP recovery at a concentration of 1 μM.
