BI-2536 is an ATP-competitive Polo-like kinase inhibitor with additional pan-BET inhibitory activity, listed in the BET inhibitor section of the PROTAC Linkers catalog. Reported IC50 values are 0.83 and 25 nM for PLK1 and BRD4, respectively, and 3.5 nM and 9.0 nM for Plk2 and Plk3. BI-2536 also suppresses IFNB gene transcription and has been reported to induce mitotic arrest in glioblastoma-derived neural stem cells but not normal neural stem cells.
