N-(Azido-PEG3)-N-(PEG2-NH-Boc)-PEG3-acid is a branched PEG click chemistry reagent with azide, carboxylic acid and Boc-protected amine functionality. Its azide (N3) group reacts with alkynes, DBCO and BCN in click chemistry, while the terminal carboxylic acid provides a site for reaction with primary amines.
