- Description
Seldegamadlin (KT-253) is an MDM2 PROTAC degrader and selective p53 stabilizer with DC50 = 0.4 nM. In RS4;11 cancer cells, it inhibits proliferation with an IC50 of 0.3 nM, causes G2/M cell-cycle arrest, and induces apoptosis. It increases p53 activity and overcomes the p53-MDM2 feedback loop.
Seldegamadlin is used in research on hematologic and solid tumors, including acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).
