UBX-382 is an orally active BTK-targeting PROTAC degrader with a reported DC50 of 4.56 nM. It inhibits B-cell receptor signaling through BTK targeting and has reported degradation activity against wild-type and mutant BTK proteins. Tumor growth inhibition has been observed in murine xenograft models using TMD-8 cells expressing wild-type or C481S mutant BTK. It is used in research on B-cell-related blood cancers.
