- Description
BP Fluor 430 DBCO is a green-fluorescent probe for copper-free click reactions with azides, forming a stable triazole without a copper catalyst or elevated temperatures. The probe is bright and photostable, with optimal excitation near its absorption maximum at 432 nm and an emission peak at 539 nm that is pH independent over a wide pH range.
It is soluble in Water, DMSO, DMF and is stored at -20°C. High background makes this reagent unsuitable for staining intracellular components of fixed and permeabilized cells.
