MC-Val-Cit-PAB-SN38 is a cleavable ADC linker-payload compound combining a maleimide group, a Val-Cit dipeptide, a PAB group and an SN38 payload. The maleimide provides a site for covalent attachment to thiols, including those on cysteine residues in proteins. The enzyme-cleavable Val-Cit-PAB motif enables release of SN38.
