- Description
S-acetyl-PEG4-propargyl combines a protected sulfur functionality with a propargyl group on a PEG linker. Deprotection of the S-acetyl group yields a thiol, while the propargyl group couples with azide-bearing compounds or biomolecules through copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne click chemistry to form a stable triazole linkage.
