Gly-Gly-Gly-PEG8-Picolyl azide, HCl salt is a peptide–PEG linker combining three glycine residues with a PEG8 chain and a picolyl azide group. It may be used in antibody drug conjugate (ADC) development. The picolyl moiety supports copper chelation, reducing the copper catalyst requirement in CuAAC reactions, while the PEG8 chain contributes to water solubility.
