SJF-0628 is a RAF PROTAC degrader used in laboratory research on targeted BRAF degradation. It induces BRAF degradation in colorectal cancer cell lines Colo-205, LS-411N, HT-29 and RKO, as well as the triple-negative breast cancer cell line DU-4475. In DU-4475 cells, it also reduces pMEK and pErk levels. This reagent-grade compound is intended for laboratory research purposes only.
