4A3-SC10 (10mg/ml solution in methyl acetate) contains an ionizable cationic lipid with pKa = 6.57. This lipid has been used to prepare lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for mRNA delivery in vitro and in vivo. Reporter mRNA encapsulated in 4A3-SC10-containing LNPs produced reporter expression in 4T1 breast cancer cells, B16/F10 melanoma cells, and AML12 hepatocytes.
