Dde Biotin-PEG4-azide is a cleavable biotin PEG reagent for attaching biotin to alkyne-containing biomolecules through Cu(I)-catalyzed click chemistry. Its hydrophilic spacer improves the aqueous solubility of labeled molecules. The Dde group enables release of captured biotinylated molecules from streptavidin under mild conditions using hydrazine.
