Hydroxy-PEG1-CH2CO2H, sodium salt is a PEG linker bearing a hydroxyl group and a terminal carboxyl functionality in sodium salt form. The salt form provides storage stability, whereas the free acid can polymerize through reaction between hydroxyl and carboxylic acid groups.
