FO-32 (10mg/ml solution in methyl acetate) is a solution of an ionizable cationic lipid with pKa = 6.36. FO-32 has been used to formulate lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for in vivo mRNA delivery. In mice, intranasally administered LNPs containing FO-32 and encapsulating reporter mRNA have been reported to accumulate in nasal epithelial tissue and lungs. Its molecular formula is C62H111N3O8.
