Azido-PEG8-t-Boc-hydrazide is a monodisperse PEG linker combining an azide group with a Boc-protected hydrazide. Its hydrophilic PEG spacer supports solubility in aqueous media; listed solvents include Water, DCM, DMF. The azide reacts with alkyne, BCN or DBCO partners through click chemistry to form a stable triazole linkage. Mild acidic conditions remove the Boc protecting group, exposing a reactive hydrazide for coupling with carbonyl groups.
