NHS-PEG3-NHS, also known as Bis-PEG3-NHS ester, is a bifunctional, noncleavable linker with two NHS ester groups and a 3-unit PEG spacer. The NHS esters react with primary amines on proteins, oligonucleotides and other amine-containing molecules to form stable amide bonds.
