Phenol-amido-C1-PEG3-N3 is a PEG-based click chemistry reagent and PROTAC linker bearing a terminal azide group. It participates in copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) with alkyne-containing molecules, as well as strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with DBCO or BCN groups. It is suited for use in PROTAC synthesis.
