BSJ-05-037 is an ITK-targeting PROTAC degrader. In T-cell lymphoma cell lines, it degrades ITK, blocks NF-κB/GATA-3 pathway activation, inhibits PLCγ1 phosphorylation, reduces cell proliferation, and enhances chemotherapy sensitivity. In mouse T-cell lymphoma models, it induces ITK degradation, lowers GATA-3 expression, reduces tumor volume, and reverses chemotherapy resistance, supporting its use in T-cell lymphoma research.
