DPI-4452 is a CAIX-targeting cyclic peptide conjugated to a DOTA cage, classified as a DOTA-conjugated peptide within PEG Linkers. It can be chelated with radionuclides for PET-CT imaging of CAIX-expressing tumors and related research. DPI-4452 binds CAIX specifically, showing no interaction with a 55-target in vitro off-target receptor panel. Radiolabeled DPI-4452 inhibits tumor growth in HT-29 and SK-RC-52 xenograft mouse models, and it supports radionuclide-drug conjugate synthesis research. It is reagent-grade, for laboratory use only.
