Sulfo DBCO-PEG4-amine is a water-soluble, carboxyl-reactive building block for PEG linker conjugation and copper-free click chemistry. Its amine can form stable amide bonds with carboxyl groups using activators such as EDC or HATU, or with activated esters such as NHS esters.
