DBCO-PEG5-Amine combines DBCO and amine functionalities through a hydrophilic PEG spacer. The DBCO group supports copper-free click chemistry, while the amine provides a separate reactive handle for carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters and carbonyl compounds such as ketones and aldehydes.
