DBCO-PEG6-amine is a PEG linker bearing DBCO and amine groups for click chemistry and conjugation work. The DBCO group supports copper-free click reactions, while the amine can react with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters and carbonyl groups such as ketones and aldehydes.
