DMT7 (10mg/ml solution in ethanol) is an ionizable cationic lipid with pKa= 6.5. It has been used to prepare lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for in vivo delivery of mRNA and anticancer agents. Reported research includes DMT7-containing LNPs encapsulating mRNA encoding Il-12 together with the STING agonist MSA-2 in a 4T1 breast cancer mouse xenograft model of lung metastasis.
