(R)-DODMA (solution in ethanol), or 1,2(R)-Dioleyloxy-3-dimethylamino-propane, is an ionizable cationic lipid and the R stereoisomer of DODMA. It is grouped with D-Lin-MC3-DMA analogs under ionizable lipids, and is commonly used in the formulation of lipid nanoparticles for nucleic acid delivery.
