Sulfo-Cy3.5 alkyne is a hydrophilic cyanine labeling reagent bearing four sulfo groups and a terminal propargyl group. Its alkyne functionality reacts with azide-bearing compounds to produce stable triazole rings, supporting click chemistry conjugation. In FRET applications, it serves as a donor paired with Cyanine5 or an acceptor paired with Cyanine3.
