Tetrasulfo-Cy7-Alkyne is a bright, photostable near-IR cyanine probe listed in the alkyne and cyanine labeling categories for click chemistry. Its spectral characteristics resemble those of Alexa Fluor® 750, DyLight® 750, and IRDye® 750. Fluorescence is insensitive to pH from pH 4 to pH 10, and the long-wavelength detection region has minimal biological autofluorescence.
