Dde Biotin-PEG4-alkyne is a cleavable biotin PEG linker used to label azide-containing molecules through Cu(I)-catalyzed Click Chemistry. Its hydrophilic spacer supports improved aqueous solubility of the labeled molecules. The Dde group permits hydrazine-mediated release of captured biotinylated molecules from streptavidin under mild conditions.
