Biotin-PEG4-S-S-sulfo-Maleimide, TEA salt is a cleavable biotin PEG linker containing a disulfide bond and a maleimide group. The maleimide reacts with thiol groups to form covalent bonds, while reduction of the disulfide with DTT, BME, or TCEP enables removal of the biotin label. The reagent is soluble in Water, DMSO, DMF and has a listed purity of 95%.
