Biotin-PEG11-Mal is a biotin-containing PEG linker with a maleimide group for sulfhydryl conjugation. At pH 6.5-7.5, the maleimide reacts selectively with sulfhydryl groups to produce a thioether linkage, providing a route to biotin conjugates.
