R6G phosphoramidite, 6-isomer is a dye phosphoramidite for oligonucleotide synthesis. R6G (rhodamine 6G) belongs to the xanthene dye family and is characterized by high fluorescence quantum yield and high molar extinction coefficient. The 6-isomer has absorption and emission maxima of 518 nm and 542 nm, respectively, at longer wavelengths than those of fluorescein. Listed solvents are ACN, DCM, with storage specified at -20°C.
