TAMRA phosphoramidite, 6-isomer is a dye phosphoramidite used to introduce TAMRA at the 5’ end during oligonucleotide synthesis. The resulting labeled oligonucleotides are used in quantitative PCR and fragment analysis with equipment that provides a TAMRA detection channel.
