TET phosphoramidite, 6-isomer is a dye phosphoramidite used to synthesize fluorescently labeled oligonucleotides. It is supplied as the pure 6-isomer of TET (tetrachlorofluorescein), a green-fluorescent fluorescein derivative with an absorption maximum at 519 nm and an emission maximum at 535 nm.
