(S,R,S)-AHPC-PEG3-N3 is an E3 ligase ligand–linker conjugate for PROTAC research, combining an (S,R,S)-AHPC-based VHL ligand with a 3-unit PEG linker and an azide group. The azide provides a site for copper-catalyzed azide–alkyne cycloaddition with alkyne-containing molecules. It also supports strain-promoted alkyne–azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with DBCO- or BCN-containing molecules, enabling conjugation through either of these click chemistry routes.
