(S,R,S)-AHPC-PEG1-N3 is an E3 ligase ligand–linker conjugate for PROTAC research, combining an (S,R,S)-AHPC-based VHL ligand with a 1-unit PEG linker. Its azide group provides a handle for copper-catalyzed azide–alkyne cycloaddition with alkyne-containing molecules. It also supports strain-promoted azide–alkyne cycloaddition (SPAAC) with DBCO- or BCN-containing molecules, providing alternative click chemistry routes for incorporating the ligand–linker conjugate into larger constructs.
