(S,R,S)-AHPC-PEG2-N3 is an E3 ligase ligand-linker conjugate for PROTAC research, combining an (S,R,S)-AHPC-based VHL ligand with a 2-unit PEG linker and an azide group. The azide provides a coupling site for copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition with alkyne-containing molecules. It also supports strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with molecules bearing DBCO or BCN groups, enabling conjugate assembly through either click chemistry route.
