Azido-PEG3-PFP ester is a PEG linker combining an azide with an amine-reactive PFP ester. The azide supports copper-catalyzed click reactions with propargyl groups and copper-free click reactions with DBCO or BCN. The PFP ester provides a separate site for amine coupling and is less susceptible to hydrolysis than an NHS ester. The reagent is soluble in DMSO, DCM, DMF and has a listed purity of 96%.
