Azido-PEG4-PFP ester is a PEG-based click reagent combining an azide group with an amine-reactive PFP ester. The azide provides a site for click chemistry, while the PFP ester enables labeling of primary amines (-NH2) on proteins, amine-modified oligonucleotides and other amine-containing molecules. Its hydrophilic PEG spacer contributes to water solubility. DMSO, DCM and DMF are also listed as solvents for this reagent.
