Azido-PEG6-PFP ester combines an azide group and an amine-reactive PFP ester in a PEG linker. The azide reacts with alkyne partners, including DBCO and BCN, through click chemistry to produce triazole groups. The PFP ester provides a separate site for amine coupling and is less susceptible to hydrolysis than an NHS ester. This linker has a listed purity of 98% and is soluble in DCM.
