- Description
t-Boc-N-Amido-PEG3-amine contains a free amino group and a Boc-protected amino group connected through a hydrophilic PEG spacer. The free amine can react with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters and carbonyl compounds such as ketones and aldehydes. Treatment under mild acidic conditions removes the Boc group to release the protected amine.
The PEG spacer supports aqueous solubility. This amino PEG linker has a listed purity of 98% and is soluble in Water, DMSO, DCM, DMF.
