t-Boc-N-amido-PEG6-amine is a monodisperse PEG linker with an amino group and a Boc-protected amine. Its hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. The amino group can react with carboxylic acids and activated NHS esters, while mild acidic conditions remove the Boc group to expose another free amine.
