Cy3.5 DBCO is a bright, photostable orange-red fluorophore bearing a terminal DBCO group for copper-free click chemistry. The strained DBCO group supports strain-promoted reactions, placing this reagent within cyanine labeling and click chemistry workflows.
The dye is pH insensitive from 4 to 10 and is detected in a spectral region with low biological sample autofluorescence. It is soluble in DMF, DMSO, DCM and has a listed storage temperature of -20°C.
