- Description
Sulfo-Cy3 DBCO is a cyanine fluorophore bearing sulfonate and DBCO functionality for click-chemistry labeling. Its DBCO group reacts with azide groups on target molecules to form stable triazoles. The Cy3 dye has excitation and emission maxima of 555 nm and 570 nm, respectively.
