TAMRA DBCO, 5-isomer is the pure 5-isomer of a tetramethylrhodamine derivative bearing a dibenzocyclooctyne group. This DBCO functionality enables copper-free cycloaddition with azides, supporting labeling of azide-bearing proteins, peptides, nucleic acids and other molecules.
