Amino-PEG24-t-butyl ester is a monodisperse, highly water-soluble PEG linker bearing an amino group and a t-butyl-protected carboxyl group. The amino terminus provides a reaction site for carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, and carbonyl compounds such as ketones and aldehydes.
