AA-T3A-C12 (solution in ethanol) is an ionizable lipidoid featuring a polyamine core linked to the sigma receptor ligand anisamide and four 12-carbon tails. It is cataloged among branched, ionizable lipids.
The lipidoid has been used to prepare lipid nanoparticles containing siRNA targeting Hsp47. These formulations reduced Hsp47 expression in activated NIH3T3 mouse liver fibroblasts and primary mouse hepatic stellate cells in liver fibrosis research. The listed storage condition is -20°C.
