Nutlin-3a, also known as Rebemadlin, is the active enantiomer of Nutlin-3 and an MDM2 inhibitor with an IC50 of 90 nM. By blocking the MDM2-p53 interaction, it stabilizes p53 and promotes cellular autophagy and apoptosis. Listed in the MDM2 inhibitor section of the PROTAC Linkers catalog, it is used to investigate these pathways in TP53 wild-type ovarian carcinomas.
