N-(Amino-PEG10)-N-bis(PEG10-azide) is a branched PEG reagent bearing one terminal amine and two azide groups. The azides support click reactions with alkyne, BCN or DBCO groups to form stable triazole linkages. The amine provides a separate reaction site for carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters and carbonyl compounds such as ketones and aldehydes.
