N-(amine-PEG23)-N-bis(PEG3-azide) is a branched PEG reagent combining a terminal amine with two azide groups. Its hydrophilic PEG spacer increases solubility in aqueous media. The azide groups participate in click reactions with alkyne partners, including BCN and DBCO, to produce stable triazole linkages.
