N-(Amino-PEG2)-N-bis(PEG3-azide) is a branched PEG linker with two azide groups and an amine group, providing sites for click chemistry and amine coupling. Its azides react with alkyne, BCN or DBCO groups to form stable triazole linkages. The amine can react with activated NHS esters or with carboxylic acids in the presence of HATU or EDC.
